The paper can be a research article, a review article or a research note. He must scrupulously respect the Instructions to the authors. The manuscript is submitted anonymously to several members of the Reviewers committee selected by the Editorial Board. The information required to identify the authors are brought together on the cover page and is not transmitted with the manuscript. Similarly, readers remain anonymous to the authors.
The author-correspondent is informed of the acceptance or the refusal of his/her article or of a request for a revision (minor or major). All authors are understood to have consented to the publication as they have received an acknowledgment of their article.

The handbook "La Rédaction d'un article scientifique" is available. This handbook will help the young researchers in trying to avoid them the faults and the usual errors. It is also dedicated to experimented researchers who could find in some pages the major rules of the scientific writing and replies to punctual requests relating to the presentation or the organization of a written scientific note.
